Finding Passions to Fuel a Mom’s Soul {Episode 45 with Stefanie Gass}
If you’re a mom who is ready to find more balance and explore ways to tap into your creative, passionate side, today’s Boy Mom Podcast episode is for you.
Tying into my current “What Moms Need Most” blog series, this episode is all about helping moms find what “fuels your soul”. I didn’t even realize how passionate I was about this until the interview began and my heart started pounding! (I even shared a few untold stories of my journey from full-time mom to blogger to author and podcaster! )
My guest today is Stefanie Gass, a “Mompreneur”, podcaster and #boymom to two little cuties! Stefanie is spunky and fun and full of practical ideas for helping moms get creative and find ways to fuel their passions in the midst of motherhood.
NOTES FROM OUR CONVERSATION:
- Think about things you loved “pre-kids”. What were your interests and passions then? How have you changed and what gets you excited now? (pray on this!)
- Fiercely trust that you are being led. Be ready to take action.
- Tip Toe in, with consistency. (consistency is KEY!) Give yourself permission to invest time.
- Ask for help. Communicate with your spouse/support people and be clear why you need the help.
You can find the Boy Mom Podcast on all of the podcast platforms…here are just a few of them:
