Raising Boys with Intentional Influences {Podcast Episode 008 with Jeannie Cunnion}

Hey Friends…

I’ve got Episode #008 of the Boy Mom Podcast up today, and boy is this an important topic!  I know I say something along those lines every week, :), but if you listen to today’s episode, you’ll hear me say that I’ve named it in the TOP 3 things that I believe have helped shape my older sons into who they are today.  That’s a big claim! 

To make it even more special, I have another 4-Boy Mom friend joining me today!  Jeannie Cunnion is an amazing author, speaker, adoption advocate, and overall grace-filled woman.  Jeannie took the time out of her busy schedule (listen and you’ll see why she’s especially busy right now!) to talk about this very important topic!  I’m so grateful! 

Jeannie and I are talking about raising sons with Intentional Influences in their lives.  This is drawing from Chapter 7 of Boy Mom, which I hope you’ll get the chance to read because it goes even deeper into the important topic of Influence:  From your own influence as the parent (the most important!) to the influence of peers, the culture, role models,  and then on to media, entertainment, and more. I think  you’ll find this to be a helpful and encouraging chapter!
Note: **There is also an end-of-chapter resource in the book which lists great BOOKS which can be a positive influence in your sons’ lives at every age!  This has been a big reader request over time!!
