  1. I think if you used juicier sauce on the uncooked pasta version, it would absorb the liquid and not be so tough. Maybe even try some tomato juice with the sauce. Just a guess. I haven’t made it for a LONG time. When they come out with gluten-free manicotti, I’ll try again. I’m still all for short cuts! Sure looks good. Hope you make it when we’re there :).

  2. I have two questions:

    1. what are ‘relatively cool temperatures’ where you are? 🙂 and
    2. if the family voted ‘straight down the middle’, does that mean when the family voted on the manicottis, you voted and so did Levi, or did you and someone else choose not to exercise your democratic right this time?

    🙂

    Looks amazing. V tasty!

    1. 1. Relatively cool means I am ask for a fireplace for my birthday next year!!
      2. I think they all said they loved them both. However, the kids naturally will gravitate toward whatever they notice the least kale in. 🙂
Good enough? Let me know if you try it, bachelor!

      1. Haha. Ok, you really need to get back to Washington state during winter again soon. 🙂

Oh, and having not tried Kale, I can’t really comment on that.

But I’ll definitely let you know if I try it! Being a bachelor, we’ll see if it ever happens. 🙂

  3. We used to make manicotti for my mom every Mother’s Day, and my dad would get so mad because I’d always eat half the filling before we filled them! OOPS 🙂 I love the kale-added version you have here!
