  1. Thank you for these new ideas with avocado toast!

Here’s how we sometimes eat avocados…halve them and leave intact. Top with a scoop of cottage cheese and sprinkle heavily with lemon pepper and eat with a spoon right out of the skin.

    Or…
halve and leave intact and top with a squeeze of lime & sprinkle with some lime chile powder (trader joe’s has a nice one). So good!

  2. I have recently become addicted to avocado toast. I have been eating it every day for lunch and I never get tired of it. I like to eat mine on an english muffin with salt & pepper. Thanks for the new ideas. I am very envious of your avocado trees. They are so expensive in UT.

    1. Hi Marisa, thank you for commenting! Oh I love english muffins–their texture is my favorite! And I’m with ya– s & p is really all ya need! Much aloha–wish you were near and I could pass you some avos!

  3. I just licked the screen…! Avocado TREES?! Is it Hawaii or heaven?
Here in CT we are lush with butternut squash, hot cider, and the scents of wild grapes and wood smoke. But I can’t help yearn for those buttery, darlings on toast or straight up. May I suggest a thinly sliced radish to any of the above? Enjoy and eat plenty!Thank you so very much.

    1. oh you cracked me up. I had to re-read your opening sentence to be sure I read it right! 🙂 haha! I definitely would trade with you for a week or two, but thank you–I will try the radishes (great suggestion!) and I will eat plenty and enjoy! Much aloha-
